I’m getting ready to move out of my apartment soon, and I just wanted to know if you knew were I can get replacement blinds for cheap. It is o. k. if the blinds are used too.

Where do you live? My husband owns a company in Maryland. Home Depot or Lowes are cheap but they’re not custom fitted then.
Walmart has some for very cheap and even some Dollar General stores have them for cheap! They’re generally <$10 a piece at either of those! Home Depot can get quite pricey.
Have you looked at Home Depot?
