We got new blinds installed today. On a large window we raised the blinds to the maximum point. However, now we cannot get the blinds to lower. I dont want to break them but I’m stuck. It’s the weekend so I’ll have to wait until Monday to call the shop. If someone knows a quick fix please let me know.

You will need to go up to the top of the cord. Look up into the hole. There is a little catch up there that you need to push one end of it with something that is pointed. This will release the cord.
I have one too that gives me fits. Be careful what you stand on. You don’t want to fall and hurt yourself over a blind. It’s best just to leave them in the down position.
