		<description>You will need to go up to the top of the cord.  Look up into the hole.  There is a little catch up there that you need to push one end of it with something that is pointed.  This will release the cord.  
I have one too that gives me fits.  Be careful what you stand on.  You don&#039;t want to fall and hurt yourself over a blind.  It&#039;s best just to leave them in the down position.</description>
